Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Cun668. By registering an account, placing a bet or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to check your local law before playing.
• You must act on your own behalf, not for a third party.
• Employees of Cun668 and the MM Group partnership network, and their immediate families, may not hold player accounts.

2. Your Account

• One account per person. Accounts are also limited to one per household, IP address, device and bank account.
• Your registered name must match your bank account name. If they do not match, withdrawals cannot be processed.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Any activity under your account is treated as yours.
• We may request identity documents at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.
• Duplicate accounts, and any bonus obtained through them, may be forfeited.

3. Deposits And Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit is RM1. Minimum withdrawal is RM50.
• Deposits must come from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• For every deposit, fill in the reference field as instructed on the deposit page, and keep your receipt until the credit appears.
• Withdrawals are processed once all turnover requirements are cleared.
• We may hold a withdrawal pending verification where we suspect fraud, third-party funding or bonus abuse.

4. Bonuses And Turnover

• Every promotion carries its own terms — minimum deposit, claim limit, turnover, rollover, maximum withdrawal and allowed games. Read them before you claim.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless a promotion states otherwise.
• Free credit, rebate and commission cannot be combined with each other unless expressly permitted.
• Bets that hedge or cover both sides of an outcome do not count towards turnover.
• We may withdraw or vary a promotion at any time, and may void bonuses gained through abuse, exploitation of a system fault, or collusion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scripts, automation or any software that gains an unfair advantage
• Exploiting a bug, pricing error or system malfunction instead of reporting it
• Colluding with other members, or acting as a group under separate accounts
• Using another person’s bank account, e-wallet or identity documents
• Chargebacks, payment disputes made in bad faith, or money laundering of any kind
• Abusive behaviour towards our staff

Breaching this section may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of the balance concerned.

6. Games And Malfunctions

All games run on software supplied by licensed third-party studios. If a game malfunctions, all affected rounds and payouts are void. Where a round cannot be completed due to disconnection, the outcome recorded by the game provider’s server is final.

7. Dormant Accounts

An account with no login and no transaction for an extended period may be marked dormant. We will attempt to contact you using your registered details before taking any action on the balance.

8. Responsible Gaming

Play for entertainment, never to make money or recover a loss. On request we can apply a deposit limit, a cooling-off period or self-exclusion to your account. Contact Live Chat and we will arrange it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cun668 name, logo, page designs, graphics and content belong to Cun668 and MM Group, or to our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

10. Limitation Of Liability

Cun668 is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for interruptions caused by internet or third-party failures, or for losses arising from your own breach of these terms.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact Live Chat first — most issues are resolved within minutes. Please raise a dispute within 7 days of the transaction concerned. Our transaction and game logs are the authoritative record.

12. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continuing to use Cun668 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
